I went back into Moscow and stayed at the Fairgrounds. They had just added 7 new sites with double concrete pads and it was only $20 per night. Since I would be going back and forth to Pullman I decided to save the 8 miles to the park and back. I would love to stay here if I wasn't driving around so much.

I arrived after hours and had to drop fees in the drop box at the park headquarters. Be aware that it is cash only after hours! Check or the photo for the location of the park headquarters or just keep your eye out on the way in. You can’t miss it.
Fees:
Rv hookup area: $15 per night
Tent/Primitive area: $10 per night w/max 2 tents/vehicles
Senior rate (62+): rv/$10, tent/$5

We got here after dark and the ice made it a little challenging to get settled. Some sites are longer than others. Electric 30 and 50 amp service at each site. There is a shared water spigot but it’s off for the winter. No sewer or dump station. Self service pay station. Getting good AT&T and TMO service on my commercial antenna/router setup. T-mobile is 4G only as of this writing. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and quiet, a short drive out of town. Not many other options for this area so this was a nice find. Only 5 spots, we arrived on a Sunday evening and found one left open. Although one really nice shaded spot was taken up by just a car parked in it (ggrrr). We stayed in space 1, which appeared to be the shortest space, but our 30’ trailer fit fine and we could park the pickup next to it. Electricity was great to have since it was HOT and the A/C was a blessing. The driveway into the camp area is a bit steep right at first and has a bit of a narrow gate but if you hold your breath, you fit through just fine (works every time). Nice concrete pad with picnic table and grill but grill was not usable due to the dry conditions.
Overall, a good find for $15

Beautiful park. Rate reflects senior discount. A couple of sites will accommodate medium sized rigs. We had electricity and used the dump station at the Latah County Fairgrounds. The water was secured at the time we were there in early June.

Here again visiting University student. Very popular for weekend stays, and with only 5 sites better get here early. We arrived on a Tuesday afternoon, site 1 was already occupied. New arrival every day until friday afternoon, when all sites were occupied. Pit toilet near entrance is popular with the rugby players, they will hike all the way across the field rather than use the chemical toilet in the parking lot across the stream. We are self-contained, so never even looked in. Practice seemed to be Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Water spigot near trash cans was not turned on. There is a very nice dump station at the Latah County Fairgrounds run by the Lions Club, dump and potable water for $5. Fairgrounds is also a good place to stay if this park is full. Dry, electric only, and water and electric available at fairgrounds, but basically it’s a parking lot.

We arrived at 1:30 on a Friday and only 2 of the 5 spaces were left. By the time we returned in the evening, the remaining site was occupied. Locals say the field can get too muddy in spring to let the dogs play. Clean and neat, there is a pit toilet present, but we didn’t use it. Have stayed before at the fairgrounds in Moscow, but this is much quieter and doesn't have that parking lot feel. No dump station but non-campers can use the dump station at the fairgrounds in Moscow for a small fee.

This one was a surprise. I don't expect much of county parks, especially not those with a small campground (6 sites). But this one was beautiful. Sites 1-4 have access to a huge field and a playground, as well as trails around the campground and to the picknick sites. You're basically in the middle of the Palouse region, which makes for a beautiful setting. Though the campgrounds has trees that provide shade for sitting outside (and a place to put the hammock) without blocking the sun from the solar panels: win!
Everything is very well maintained, you have concrete slabs, water and trash. There is no dump station that we found, but there is one in Moscow, ID (try their Bagel store while you're there).
It was quiet, even with some late night parties going on at the picknick area. The street to the campground is a little bit tight and steep for about 10 feet. When you get to the campground from the north don't take the first route google sends you on. It's 10 miles of washboard road. The southern route is much easier.
