The park is very well maintained. I would say it appears that 50% of the sites are full-time. This is a great and very clean park that is very close to downtown OKC. The management is friendly, the spots are spacious, and the entire park is well maintained.

The whole campground is very well maintained. All parking pads are paved. Rest room, shower, road, are clean. It’s very easy to access from I-35. We can hear some traffic on I-35 but it’s not bad at all. We’ll stay again if we come to this area.

We so appreciated the kindness of the owners/hosts. It was a Sunday night on a holiday weekend after hours and they picked up the phones and came to the office to make sure we had a safe place to stay for the night. We got a perfect space with easy access. The place is clean and convenient. Thank You!

Stayed here for 4 nights to explore OKC and all attractions less than 1/2 hr away. Sites paved, spacious and drained well after a heavy rain. Laundry was roomy, inexpensive and efficient. There is a constant drone of Hwy noise but with a fan on it did not disturb me at night. The park was very well tended. WiFi worked well.

The location was easy off I-35 as long as you had the a/c on noise was good, otherwise there was a train very early and tractor trailer noise could be heard. I found the Laundry room prices were the lowest I have seen. Wash 1.50 and dryer 1.00. Did not use restrooms or showers. No Wi-Fi even with our Winegard which usually works well for us.
Not impressed with OKC but we did like Myriad Botanical Gardens and Rendevious Pizza is Bricktown was excellent.

Like most urban RV parks, not the nicest part of town. But very professionally run and immediate neighbors were a nice Hampton Inn and storage facility or such. Clean, tight sites but everyone was quiet and respectful in our section. Code accessed showers were plain concrete cubicles, not any better than they should have been for the price, but were clean and plenty of hot water. Wifi was spotty and slow, good Verizon signal and OATV.
