Great little park. Very clean and organized. Manager was fabulous. Did not use the restrooms, laundry, etc., so can’t address those. About 1 mile off I-25, so easy on easy off. Our $20 was for Passport America at a 50 Amp site. Internet Wi-Fi was extremely good.

We couldn’t go to the hot springs as we had kids with us (strict no one under 12 rule for the whole town) so we elected to stay here. Host was super nice, guided us to our site. May want to call ahead as they only have 4 sites for daily/weekly stays. Showers/bathrooms were decent as was laundry, we had to do 3 loads. Their credit card ... more

The park is clean. There are quite a few long-term residents, but their RVs were well kept, even if some were a little older. The people were friendly and we were not bothered by barking dogs. Not a 5-star resort, but a convenient place to stay while traveling through or visiting Elephant Butte, it's a 5.

Overall Rating
We have stayed here 3 separate times for the night. It has fuel stops near the freeway with easy on/off. Tom has always had a spot for us- pull through with 50 amp full hookups. Most spots here are full timers; friendly people! There is a very good Mexican restaurant across the road; walking distance.
