We stayed two nights at site 17 and wished we could stay longer! The location cannot be beat, with the Little Salmon River just steps from your camper. We slept so well listening to the River at night. I never heard the highway on the other side of the campground. Check in was busy, with 3 campers arriving at the same time, but the hosts are very nice and it all went smoothly. We walked to town and shopped at a cute gift store. We also walked to a nearby shop that cures jerky and brats. Otherwise, we relaxed by the creek. Be advised - getting into and out of the campground can be nerve wracking, with steep narrow driveways. Also, some spots are pretty close to each other. Finally, the owner is fussy about the grass and landscaping and waters frequently, so there are puddles.

This was a beautiful RV park right along the Little Salmon River. The RV park so very spacious, clean and well kept. The owner was SO friendly and helpful. The sites are large and your rig sits parallel to the river. It was beautiful to sit out in our lawn chairs and look down on the river for the evening. It was very peaceful (though the road is just behind you the noise did not bother us at all). This is a great spot and we would love to stay there again. It was fairly tricky to turn down off the main road (29' Class A pulling a Jeep) but we were able to do it. When we left we had to go right and then turn around at the Chevron station to head south out of town.

Well kept, clean and quiet even though it is right next to hwy 95. Beautiful sites right next to the Little Salmon River. Owner Doug and maintenance staff Bob were very pleasant to deal with. Laundry mat right across the street at the Riverside motel. They have free cable and WiFi that worked well for internet and phone calls.
