Park has two sections, lower was closed, we stayed in upper section. Late September weekdays had about 4 sites in use. Another 5-6 available. Picknic table, Fire ring/Grill, Pit toilet, trash dumpsters. There are plenty of boondocking spots further up the valley but, you loose all cell signal about a mile after this park. There is great cell service and a few good Forest spots if you take road to Tin Cup. Also has a decent dump station about 3 miles from the lake on the road to Tin Cup.

I had 3 bars on AT&T! There are many, many forest service roads leading to thousands of acres of forest land. Fishing was good. I stayed here in a 38' FW; the spots can easily accomodate 45' RVs. Roads up to Taylor Park Reservoir were paved and in great shape. Roads were OK to the site, but degrade rather quickly to higher up you go. Stayed here in late August, 2020; weather was perfect--lows in high 30s, highs in 60s to low 70s! Will be back!
