Stayed here for three nights after 3 weeks of intense activity on the road. Pull through with FHU. Very nice laundry facility $2/load. Plenty of dumpsters around the park for easy trash disposal. Easy access, friendly staff, nice community picnic gazebo and benches next to the river. Quiet and serene. Gravel lot gets a little muddy in rain but each site has a turf lawn by it. Location is 4 hours between Yellowstone and Mt Rushmore. Very convenient, affordable and nice stop point on the road with our big rig. Would stay again

Stopped for an overnighter and to do some laundry on a long haul. Not much shade or grass if you have dogs. No cable and Wi-Fi not very good. Very nice laundry room.

Out campsite was down by the river. All gravel and not natural grass. Mosquitoes were not that bad, good insect repellant did the trick. Tried fishing the river by the water was too fast for my experience (Gulf coast saltwater). Office staff were very friendly. They have propane a reasonable price.

We had a great experience here. The staff is very helpful. The Wi-Fi and Verizon cell service were excellent. The laundry facilities were very good. Very clean. Friendly staff. VA discount available to get under $50 per night. Many RVers use it for one night passing through but many others make it a longer term stay. Simple check-in process. Lots of room to move around. Sites are level and spacious. Hookups are conveniently located - water pressure is really high here.

Our site was a pull-through FHU on level gravel. Not much space between sites but they had artificial turf down between sites which was nice to help with the dust.
