Don't be fooled by previous reviews, the park is under new ownership. The website is down, there's 10 different signs taped to the window when you check in (none for the customers benefit) and my site was unlevel sand with a broken overflowing dumpster for a neighbor. But they sure water the grass, thank God lol. And don't forget the regular earthquakes from the very busy train tracks just across the highway you're parked next to.
I'd happily pay $40 a night for full hookups here. Even that would only be a one night stop over to dump, fill and charge. $80 a night is a damned joke. They have a restaurant on property I didn't try, my wallet was still hurting from checking in.
My neighbors with a small child were equally unhappy about the cost. Also, they came here so their child could fish, but new ownership rescinded the catch and release policy. Don't come here if you want to fish.

Will mark this as favorite and use again when traveling I-99.

If all the amenities worked this park would have been great. The hot tub didn't work properly while we were there. The library, computer & gym were closed the duration of our stay bc they had a flood 7 months before our stay and hadn't got around to it yet. The WIFI never worked.
The lake front spots aren't full hookups they have to come dump for you. If you stay by the playground you will have sewer hookups.
They do have a good coin operated laundry facility. The staff was always friendly. The spots are very tight. Expect to hear the highway.
