Overall Rating
Well maintained. Full service for less than most places. Very well manicured and level sites. Plenty of room. WiFi works well everywhere. Recycling bins+++. Easy on and off the highway. Propane fill at you site!

Overall Rating
This campsite was very easy to find and on/off in both directions on Hwy 16 were easy and close for access. It has a PetroCan fuel station with a Subway restaurant next to it and new Pizza place in the next lot.
The town of Langham is a cute little residential walking town about 20 min. west of Saskatoon.
I put the nightly rate at $35, but because we stayed a week, it was only $30 per night.
The owners take pride in their Park; the bathrooms, showers and laundry room are spotless, and the grassed areas are maintained to the highest standards. I would recommend it to anyone needing a spot in the area.
We have Rogers cell service and and pretty good service for the time we were here. The WiFi was also pretty good with a few spotty times for connections.
