No picnic tables or other site amenities. There is a 3-foot wide strip of astroturf at each site. It’s a great place for an overnight but, I can’t imagine why anyone would spend the summer or an extended time here. There’s virtually nothing to do in Ontario or Fruitland across the river (fuel is much cheaper in Fruitland).

It's really 5 stars for what it is. I gave 4 just because its not like you have views, privacy, a fire pit, table, things like that. And my shower started running out of hot water a bit too soon. But I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We stayed here for 6 nights as we made our way from Oregon to Idaho. The park is just a block or two off of I-84 right before you hit the eastern border of Oregon, within the sliver of Oregon that falls in the Mountain Time zone (so if you’re coming from the west you lose an hour upon arrival). The park has 18 pull-through spots located near the front, which are mainly for short-term stays. The rest of the sites are back-ins, with the sites in the interior rows being back-to-back. All of the interior roads are wide swaths of asphalt, making it easy to get in and out of sites. The site pads are also asphalt and also wide - at least 16 feet - with strips of gravel on both sides but also with a strip of soft artificial turf on the door side. The pull-through sites are also very long: we could park our 37-foot fifth wheel and 21-foot truck front to back with plenty of room to spare. Our site (site 15) was pretty level. All of the hookups are in a standard location. There are no shade trees next to any sites, so it can get warm in the summer with all of the asphalt.
All of the amenities are located near the office building, which contains a clubhouse with seating and a pool table, a laundry room, and a collection of individual bathrooms. Behind the office is a pair of pickleball courts, a propane refill station, and a small gazebo. Beyond the gazebo, separated from the rest of the park by a random grassy field, is a basketball court with a single portable basketball hoop (which had a hole in the backboard during our stay).
The dog park, which is a little further away from the office adjacent to a half loop of back-in sites, is huge, with a single non-airlock-style gate. We didn’t end up taking our dogs there because we had closer options: there was a large area of grass across the road from the end of the pull-through sites we were on. All of the interior rows of back-in sites had a slight bend in the middle, and in each of those bends was a grassy area with a dog waste station. These areas were all depressed in the middle (which was also true of the dog park and the large grass area at the park entrance), so they probably double as drainage areas when it rains.
The park is very clean. The several dumpsters located on the edges of the park are enclosed with gated concrete walls, and they were emptied by dump truck 4 times during our short stay (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday), so the dumpsters never overflowed. The dog waste stations were also cleaned out frequently. Other than the road noise, the campground was fairly quiet.
In terms of cell service, I got very little use out of my Verizon hotspot and MIMO antenna. I could only get decent bandwidth - around 15Mbps up and down - in the early morning (before 8 or 9am). The rest of the time the bandwidth was terrible, likely meaning my hotspot was losing out on priority to a high volume of Verizon cell phone use. I had better luck with my AT&T phone’s hotspot, where I could get at least 65Mbps down and 4Mbps up throughout the day. Despite that, I ended up using the campground WiFi quite a bit, because it provided the best service on all but one day of our stay, with 30Mbps down and 15Mbps up. Very impressive, especially considering we weren’t all that close to any of the WiFi emitters in the park.
We would stay here again if we were in the area.

Spaces were large and easy to navigate with lots of space between RVs. Each site had a nice little strip of artificial turf which was a nice touch. Lots of grass areas to walk dogs and the dog park was big and clean! Landscaping is new and will mature with time.
Clubhouse was very nice inside with exceptionally clean amenities. We would definitely stay here again.

The park is located next to a Main Street and freeway so there is some noise. It did not bother us inside our trailer. No fire pits or or picnic tables while we were there. Decent wifi. Newly planted trees so no shade at the moment. No discounts available when we stayed. Would definitely return.
