We stayed at The Rim on our way to Grand Teton NP. Great wifi. Awesome staff. Cute general store with a nice variety of items. Full hook ups. Outdoor patio table and chairs. We’d stay again!

Rim Station also has a great store that is part office, restaurant, gift shop, bar, and convenience store. (And they have propane). They offer free local distillery and wine tastings and they make a mean Bloody Mary!
The best part of Rim Station is the hospitality offered by Brent and his team. Everyone is extremely nice and gave us a lot of tips/suggestions of things to see/do in the area that we would not have known about otherwise, such as the white buffalo! We had our grandson with us and Brent was so nice to him - took him and us in his ATV to see his horses and gave our grandson a treat from the store each day when our grandson told him of something he saw or learned.

Big gravel spots that had plenty of room for our 41ft fifth wheel and truck. Very quiet and convenient to get to Jackson hole (about 30ish-40 min). Hookups looked super new and very well built. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! The view was super pretty as well!

Family owned and operated by a phenomenal manager. This charming, beautiful, and quiet park is the favorite place we’ve yet stayed in over a year on the road. The park is convenient both to the Wind River and Gros Ventre mountains and Jackson Hole even as it’s far enough out of the way to be peaceful and quiet.
Perhaps the strongest endorsement we can give is that we extended our stay two different times as we wanted to spend as long as we could in this wonderful place.
The spots themselves are simple but are more than enough for the sort of people this park will attract. Other reviewers on here with negative things to say about a gravel pad should stay out of Wyoming.
Nearby attractions include, of course, endless options for hiking and fishing and off-roading and general adventuring but even right at the park there is plenty to explore including short walks and a resident heard of horses (not to mention more antelope than you’ve ever seen).
Special note and thanks for the park’s management who went above and beyond throughout the stay from arranging and incredible birthday adventure for our toddler to dropping packages off at our site. This team truly goes above and beyond and sets a new bar for parks.
If you want a beautiful experience in nature with a warm, friendly staff and community, this is the place for you! Can’t recommend it strongly enough!!

I highly recommend it here for many reasons....
1) The location is superb!! you are 30 Min from Pinedale and Hoback and under an hour from Jackson. At night it is dead silent and pitch black and amazing!!
2) There are so many amazing places nearby to be outdoors. Whatever you enjoy....hiking/backpacking, fishing, kayaking, off-roading, horse riding and more.
3) The store (what i think would be called a mercantile) itself of Rim Station has some amazing local items. Local beer, wine and spirits, locally produced clothing, jam and other foods and misc goods. They are such and amazing supporter of local businesses.
4) From an RV perspective, the sites are level, the water is clean and if your up for staying in western Wyoming in the winter they are open year round. its nice with only 12 sites it stays nice and quiet.
5) They have occasional awesome events here. While i was here they had a night of sprit taste testing, live music and amazing home made chips and salsa. It was such an amazing evening meeting with a few fellow RVr's, Local citizens, people passing through and the staff.
6) And the most important part, the staff here!!! I cannot stress enough how amazing the team that manage the facility, grounds and store are!! Every single one of them are absolutely amazing, so personal and so in love with this beautiful area they live and work in. Of everything that make this place special they are the heart of it all! This is not the staff from years past!! so if you were here pre 2019 (i think that is around the time they took over) please, please, please come back and you will be amazed at the transformation here.
A few notes.
- I didn’t use their internet, they were upfront that it was slow, I have Starlink and cellular.
- keep in mind you are 30 min from any major town, that’s why I liked it here
- there are only 12 sites and they are behind the mercantile and shop that is in use.
- it’s clean and safe with lots to do in the area.

Just because it has water/sewer/electric doesn't mean it is an RV park. This was a gravel pit. I wish I had walked to our site PRIOR to paying for the 4 nights. We were parked right next to several RVs that were stationary - one trailer looked like it had been there all winter with the insulation boards around the bottom, the other trailer was someone who i think lived on the property as he was working on his vehicles. Behind us looked like a mud pit where they were possibly almost done with putting in the sites? No idea. You had no room for a outdoor rug, chair or even small table to grill on the side of your trailer. It was like being in a construction zone where the construction workers gave up! Some of the other sites on the other end looked like they had a bit more room on the side. The grass is overgrown between the sites - honestly, this looks like they threw a bunch of dirt/gravel and made small driveways to park. They said they had WIFI - but it was horribly slow. What a shame, with a little bit of effort and repositioning.rebuilding the sites this could be something. We were planning to leave early - but stuck it out as there was no refund of the money paid.
As for convenience, this was a great location. Honestly, there is so much BLM land around along with other smaller campgrounds that are less expensive and in better shape.
Super disappointed.

I needed a place to camp where I'd have WIFI for a couple days so I could work. Brent responded to my inquiry quickly and was super friendly. I had initially planned to stay at Warren Bridge BLM campground just down the road, but it was dry, hot & windy w/ limited cell service. Brent said he had strong wifi and good cell service. He was right. It's a sweet little campground just off the highway with a lovely view of the ranch and rolling hills. He welcomed me and my dogs, made sure I felt safe (I was traveling alone) and told me if I needed anything to call him. There was full hookups at every site, and enough space between us that I didn't feel crowded. Most of all, I was able to get my work done and not worry about cutting out in the middle of a meeting.
