First off, the owners were super friendly. They accepted Vinmo as payment and were very responsive. Each time I called or text the phone was answered or the text was responded to almost immediately.
The camp site and roads were all dirt and the rv site was level. We arrived just after a heavy rain and there was no standing water impeding us from pulling in and hooking up. There was a small grill on site but there wasn’t a camp fire ring or dedicated place to have a small camp fire.
The suspension bridge we had to cross to access the rv park was sketchy. I didn’t notice until the following day that the bridge I had crossed with my truck and trailer (18,000 plus pounds) is only rated for 5000 pounds. Make sure you do not enter from this direction (south of the bridge) There was also a sharp 90 degree turn just as we exited the bridge that was tough to negotiate. If you enter from the north you will not have to make the sharp turn. There was another sharp 90 to make entry into the park and a low hanging branch in the park we had to sneak under.
All in all we had a good trip. This is a new park and you can tell the owners are really putting a lot of effort into making it a nice place. I offered suggestions to the owner to remove the low lying branch and he seemed to be receptive.
For reference we have a 38’ bumper pull towing with a 3/4 ton short bed truck.

Either entrance is dirt road. The dirt is well maintained. The Bridge has an 8,000 pound limit. If you are pulling a rig, enter via CR 433. The electrical is brand new and wired correctly. There are only 9 spaces. It is tight with big rigs.
The location is awesome. The mesquite trees lend a lot of shade. There are tent locations. Some are under the bride and others overlook the Colorado River. There is river access from the property. There were kayakers while we were there.
The WiFi is very strong. We were able to stream most evenings.
We had a slight problem with a sewer drain that was mounted too high. The system drained but could not get enough slope to drain properly.
