Way too creepy to even stay. We were looking shortly after dark and drove through before checking in, good thing we did. Not kept up, long term stayers didn’t have any since of pride in their areas an it showed. Final decision came down to not being able to escape the property, gate too stout to push through if needed.

This was literally a "walk through" for my brother who needs a spot for a few days. There's a sign that says 2007 and newer rigs only. Ha! No way! Mostly "worker bee" residents, which is fine with me. We all need a place to live, but good grief it was expensive! Then again, it IS California.
I stay in Arcata or Fortuna when I need to be in Eureka.
My brother boondocks in my sister's church parking lot.

Electrical poles are out dated. Damaged my and my neighbor's RV. Several uncapped sewer drains. In the far area - a drain pipe came up in the rear of my lot. It had not be raining for weeks and there was stinking standing water at the pipe. I called the health department. They came out and took samples. It was horse and farm animal sewer run off from them washing the animal pens. At the communal dump site- the county sheriff brings their port-a-potties. They have prisoners with them. After they dump - they wash out the port-a-potties on the ground.
My dog was sick non-stop until I left that place. Better to park at the rest stop for the night just north of Trinidad for the one nighters. And yes, there is dog crap everywhere

There was dog poo all over the place . When we put out our 18" slide, I was unsure if we could do it without hitting the neghbor's awning. Our side-directly at our doorway was the other neighbor's sewage connection.
There was a nice, clean, and well-stocked Safeway grocery store within a one minute drive. And a clean, even if expensive, laundromat nearby.
