Overall Rating
Town has improved its recreational area with new buildings, washrooms and laundry facilities and showers. Playground for visiting children, camp park at your choice of undesignated places within the park.
Locals like to drive through and visit, dog friendly and plenty of dog walkers that are well tended to. No waste or garbage around.
Raised overnight rate to $30C, no electricity (hydro), water available by the docks, dump at marina office.
Everybody friendly and helpful especially the staff.

Overall Rating
Red Rock is small town on the shores of Lake Superior's Nipigon Bay. The town is quiet and off the beaten track, the local industry (rock crushing) can be noisy at times. But, camping in the marina parking lot makes the experience enjoyable. The marina has mainly sport fishing boats and th people are very friendly and helpful.
It has been several years since stopping here, but I doubt much has changed. The nearest town for services would be Nipigon.
The signage marking the route to Red Rock is not well marked. The road to town is just west of Nipigon. Be watchful for the turn.
