This is a great state run park. There are 90+ sites, most have power 30 & 50 amp. RV sites are all back in. Water is available via a spicket. There are no running water toilets, only pit toilets, they were very clean. There is a dump station. Some sites are via reservation but most are fcfs. It doesn't appear likely they would fill up. There are hiking trails and a small lake. Payment is via a envelope at the office. Currently $18 for power sites, $8 for non power.
The town of Chester is only 5 miles away. Get a map at the Popeye museum and locate the 18 different Popeye statues.

We picked this park for a long weekend camp. We did reserve a site but would have had no problem getting a spot without reservation. Easy access to park. Sites are electric only but there is water available in the campground and a good dump station at the entrance of the park.
Randolph has multiple campgrounds and if you are wanting to tent camp you have lots of great choices. There is a nice lake and trails around the lake. Unfortunately we did not hike as the weather was nasty and rainy. But in between rains the park is beautiful.
Only negative was some biting bug issues.
