Good access to Santa fe. Park is nestled amongst the trees. Dirt roads. Mostly level spots. An older park, but well maintained. Spendy but seems appropriate given the location to Santa Fe

We were in Santa Fe to visit family and see the town. Convenient to downtown with out being in town. Quiet, well taken care of, older park. Roads are all gravel but are maintained.
Staff was friendly.
Our site was FHU.

$38 per night reflects the weekly rate for a full-hookup back-in site during the summer season. This is easily the best option for staying in the Santa Fe area in my opinion (I lived sticks 'n bricks in Albuquerque for 17 years). Yes, it's a little outside of town, but that's what we like. Having lived in the area, I would not feel safe at all leaving my rig unattended inside Santa Fe. We really like the feel of this place -- it feels more like a campground than an RV park. Big rigs can pretty easily access 90% of the full-hookup sites. For smaller rigs who just want water and electric, there are very cool random sites scattered throughout the junipers in the rear part of the park. These would be good for 21' trailers or shorter, and sub-30' motorhomes based on my memory. The roads are a little rough for those areas, but the main strip of FHU up front is fine. Road noise isn't too bad (I-25 is near but it's down below and there are dense junipers in between). There is a really pleasant hiking trail loop through the undeveloped rear portion of the property, which is higher up and offers some really nice views. The dog park is pretty large, and there is an outdoor pool and a clubhouse that shows movies in the evening. Laundry is pretty expensive ($3 wash). Verizon signal is good, and there is an AT&T tower inside the park. Definitely have a meal at Harry's Roadhouse a couple miles down the road (towards Santa Fe). Everything there is VERY good.

Plus it was convenient to town. Full ATT service.

Very nice private RV Park/Campground. Nice shade from closely set juniper trees. We were there because the NF was closed due to fire danger, else we’d have been at Black Canyon, which is a favorite of mine. Because we were there we took advantage of the electric and water hookups. Hosts were super nice and the site, #52, was fine. It might have been a problem for a large rig, but our teardrop fit nicely. As others have mentioned, there’s a small pool, theater with nightly movies for the kids, and small store. We felt it was very quiet and had great access to the city. Cell service was great, but even though they have 4 or 5 different WiFi routers running, we couldn’t connect. The bathrooms and showers are very clean.
We’d happily camp here again if we couldn’t stay up on the mountain at Black Canyon.
Also, just a couple of miles up the Old Las Vegas highway towards Santa Fe is H****’s Roadhouse. This is one of the great eats in Santa Fe. Breakfasts (chili- red, green, or Christmas) are great and townies drive 1/2 hour out of their way for the coffee cake. Make a reservation for dinner if you have 6 or more. Fewer than 6 you might have to wait 15-20 minutes...it’s that good.

ATT signal was strong here. T Mobil non existent- zero bars. Couldn’t get campground WiFi signal at our site.
They also have a hiking trail in back for a quick ten minute walk. We would have stayed here all week but we need better internet connections for work. 😢

We stayed here not long after the campground had opened for the season. The host was very kind and helpful. The restroom and shower were in good condition. There was a nice playground that the kids enjoyed. The WiFi worked great. The pool was not yet open for the season. The site we were in was quite tight - our fire ring was directly beneath the slide out of our neighbors rig. The pull through sites seemed quite a bit bigger and I’d pay the extra $4/night to get one if we return.

Campsite #63 was very private, and a great place to spend a couple of nights in march. This pull through site is on the eastern edge of the campground, and backs up to scrub pines and a hiking trail. There is a lot of room at the site, which includes a covered picnic table and campfire ring. The total cost for two nights in March 2018, was $88, inclusive of tax. Though the pool wasnt open for the season and the advertised WiFi didn’t reach our site, the shower was hot and the staff was very friendly. We paid for a site with water and electric hookups, and feel that the total price was a good deal given the proximity to Santa Fe, the cleanliness and quietness of the grounds, and quality of service.

To be honest, it wasn't a particularly good one, and we asked to move. But truth be told, and let the word be known across every turquoise bejeweled woman and straw hat wearing man in Santa Fe, this is a pretty great RV park as private RV parks go. Lots of trees, all dirt, very uneven spaces if that matters to you, but had the same feeling many a state park or even national forest might...except there's a pool and showers and free WiFi (which was pretty fast) and cell service and other amenities like that.
Too bad they charge so much extra for young kids, and then don't open the pool until 11am, the same time as checkout.

This was a perfect place for us during our time in Santa Fe. It was fantastic because we requested a "wooded" site, so we felt like we were camping out in the woods, but still only about 20 min from town. The grounds were beautiful, staff was friendly, and all of the amenities were excellent. The campground wifi worked great for us, although the campground was not crowded at all, so not sure how well it works when it's crowded. We had fairly decent service on our Verizon devices, although they dropped from LTE to 3G a few times. The sites do seem to be a bit close to each other, so you may be in close proximity to others during busier times, but early in the season, it was great to have the place almost to ourselves. Overall, we had a great stay here with convenient access to town.
Again, we were here at the end of March the first weekend they opened, so it was pretty empty. I do imagine it gets much more crowded during peak times. Also $24 was for a non-hookup site since we use solar. Showers and bathrooms were pretty clean.

They do not clean their restrooms appropriately or adequately. I actually left a penny in the shower stall. Went back a few weeks later. The penny was unmoved.
The staff especially Phyllis and Tony lie to guests. Lie about guests. When I told Tony that I would be writing this review, he intentionally hung up on me. I called back and he told me that thus review was a threat. I have news for you Tony, it I not a threat. Your potential guests need to know exactly how you treat the disabled that utilize service canines and other means of reasonable accommodation for personal accessibility. Including recording my phone calls.
To any interested parties, I can provide you with the recorded phone calls Including the phone calls with law enforcement.
Currently I am waiting to hear back from Santa Fe Sheriff Department in regards to pursuing charges against Tony for lying to law enforcement.
