Overall Rating
Nice, quiet, clean and out in the countryside about 7 miles west of Denton. If you are planning to stay here prepare to call a day before because you are required to have a background check to make sure you’re legit and clean. We stayed here for 2 days and loved it.

Stayed here 2 nights January 2023. The host is very nice and helpful, and the sites are decent and level. No problems with the hookups, and the laundry facilities are good (NOT FREE...not sure why that was stated by previous reviewer). My issue is with the fact that the washrooms and showers are not open, and the wifi was useless. We'v... more

My issue is with the fact that the washrooms and showers are not open, and the wifi was useless. We've stayed in other parks that have better facilities for half the price! So tired of services being cut down or off at parks because of Covid....get over it!

Well maintained and well managed. Just a few rules and they are enforced. Free laundry facilities! Friendly staff. 7 miles east is all you could want for retail and food. Well maintained and well managed. Just a few rules and they are enforced. Free laundry facilities! Friendly staff. 7 miles east is all you could want for retail and food. Sam's, Walmart, Petco, Camping World, Winco, Albertson's, Ihop, Cracker Barrel and much more.
As a long term full timer, I have been staying at this RV park for just over a year. I pay $475 a month with an additional $50 for an 8'x10' shed (my option). It will be tough to move on.

No after hours check ins, no holidays, no Sundays.
Made reservations six months back. Maybe should have known there'd be trouble when my phone call was answered with a text of a sign with their office hours (not listed on their website at the time.) I'd tried to book a site here the previous year but a stolen tow vehicle ruined our plans. When I did get a hold of someone, they had all my information from the previous attempt, which was helpful. I gave them the date of our arrival and didn't think anything of it afterwards.
Got a text two weeks prior to our arrival date telling us we can't check in on that Saturday as it's a holiday. Was told Sunday they were closed. Pretty odd for an RV park to be closed on Sundays and holidays. I've been to quite a few over our 3.5 years of full time travel and haven't encountered an RV park closed on weekends and holidays. Could be they're only looking for long term, local, multiple month stays?
I can't rate the park. Might be a nice place, though too many problems trying to arrange a site.
