Nothing has changed, everything is as has been reviewed before. Convenient place to stop for the night. I did find it a bit tight getting my rig & dinghy in place, but that my have been just me.

We arrived at 2pm on a Friday, there was one other camper on site. This is a free city park with full hook ups where you can stay 3 nights for free. The placement of sewer and electric isn't optimum, and water spigots are in holes in the asphalt and dirty. It's too bad they haven't updated it, because it's a nice, quiet, site. It's a block off the main drag with no signs indicating where it is. Thanks to Campendium for the info.

Very quiet. Sites are in parking lot with sewer sporadically placed. Water spigots are inconvenient and in the ground. It's a block off the main drag with no signs to lead you to it. Would be good for the town to clean it up, but what can we say. Had a good night's rest for no charge. Shered the lot with two other users.

There are new electrical boxes on the poles, but the old electrical boxes are kind of slumped over next to the ground (not sure why they have not been removed). There is also sewer hookup. The water hookup was a little tricky to use since it was down in the ground and half of the handle had been broken off (had to use pliers). It is located two blocks off the highway so there was not much road noise at night. There is a beautiful park/playground with shade one block away. We walked to The Steak House cafe a few blocks away for supper (great meal and inexpensive!). We would stay here again.

The hookups looked pretty new and everything worked great. We arrived on a Saturday and left on Monday and never saw any "officials".
We did call on the Wednesday before and asked if we could stay 4 nights (we decided not to before we ever got there) and was told by the city that it would be ok.
There was also an older couple there that we spoke with and the lady told us they had "made arrangements" to stay for a month. She didn't divulge what that meant but I thought it was interesting.
Cell signal was fine on both AT&T and Verizon. I didn't note the signal levels but didn;t have trouble with either.

A public park is nearby. It's on the edge of town near a ball field and community center.
There seem to be two names associated with this park: Lady Hall and Randolph Rampy.
I gave it five stars because it's my kind of place, but someone who wants amenities would probably rate it lower.
They recently upgraded the electric with new utility poles and boxes (30 and 50 amp). I didn't use the water or sewer so cannot comment on those.
