“Quiet BLM campground. ”

Overall Rating

The 3 mile road in was pretty good, early summer 2019.

Arrived on a Friday to see a work group putting up new signage and a newly installed pit toilet.

Suitable for big rigs. We were the only ones there.

Other reviewers did a good job describing the campground.

Overall Rating

It's a good gravel road, 3 miles off of 395, south of termo California. Very quiet camp at this time anyway, mid-september. We only stayed one night as we are on our way to Arizona. It was worth the drive down the Gravel Road. It had plenty of serviced garbage cans, a pit toilet , picnic tables and fire Rings which we did not use. It a... more

“Nice quiet BLM campground located about 3 miles off of Hwy 395 about 7 miles south of Ravensdale, CA. ”

This CG is out in the middle of nowhere, very convenient when driving north or south on HWY 395 in NE California, about 7 miles south of Ravensdale, CA, three miles up a gravel road to the east of the highway, easily passible unless it has rained heavily.
