Due to new management, specifically Bill, Corky, and Judy, the park had slid downhill where a Walmart shopping centre parking lot would be an improvement.
Sewer gasses stink up the park. Power surges destroy your rv. Management is rude and disrespectful.
Promises made but not fulfilled.
The only thing you can count on is increased rates for the following season.
If you value your rv and peace of mind, there are countless other options in the area.
Campers who have camped here for years leaving in droves. Very few actives that were popular are now cancelled due to lack of interest and attendance.

Staff was nice and park guest were also. Was there to get my RV worked on. This is the noisiest park due to highway that I have ever experienced except for overnight 24-hour Walmart parking in a small town. Spaces provide no privacy and are not level. I asked for shade and was given a full sun site but staff was amenable to allow me to stay in a shady spot. Heated pool, good roads, mostly pull thru sites. Most people are at the park for the winter or live there. I would stay there again to be near to the RV repair business. Bathrooms and showers clean.
