Cell coverage is limited by the cliffs, but there is strong wifi coverage for wifi calling.
The resort is surrounded by dirt roads & fishing areas. The road coming in has a section approx ½ - ¾ mile which is unpaved but is hard packed as semi's drive on it.
My understanding is the river flooded the resort a few years ago, they are in a constant state of improving it. There are 5 cabins and a lodge for family members who don't have an RV.

Web site directions are beneficial if coming on 40 from the west. I came from the east and there are no mile markersto reference. I used gps and had to endure 7 miles of dirt road which was partly flooded in areas. I had called to confirm route but did not receive a call back. Web site is not great and so slow as to be almost unusable.

When we drove down the long bumpy dirt road to get there we arrived only to find at the campground was closed. Disarray it had had a flood last year and it was a mess. We do not know why they told us that it was so great or why they told us they were open because they were not open. We talked to the owner and he apologized a couple of times. Please note there is a bridge across the creek that will only allow 12000 lb to enter the RV parking area

When we arrived at this gem hidden away in the Fruitland, Utah area we were just blown away. We arrived on a Thursday afternoon and there was only one other RV camped there. We spent three wonderful days and nights and during the weekend the whole park only had five total campers and very well spaced apart.
We didn't get the best of cell service but when we met Laura, the co-owner, she gave us the wi-fi password so we could get our Facebook "fix" in.
All sites back up to the Strawberry River and we will definitely be back!!
Todd and Karen would stay here again
