No, this is a concession run campground. Only discounts are good Sam, AAA and military.

We were there in 2018 with no discounts. Try searching on nps.gov for additional info. If you do camp there, I would strongly advise paying the lock in fee if there is still one avaliable so you can secure your specific site. Hope it goes well.

Seems like they did Good Sam and Military discount but I can't recall. Best thing is to call them.
