“Fancy name for a dump”

Overall Rating

The use of the word "Estates" in the name is a joke, this place is a dump. There are 60 year old mobile homes here that are terrible shape; and they store their junk outside. There are sharp speed bumps every 50', and the spaces are tight. We didn't set up camp at all, as we were afraid everything would get stolen. There is a concrete pad that divides your RV space from your parking space. Our pad was covered in grease and oil. Someone had obviously lived at this site before.

The clincher was when a guy showed up at 5:30 this morning to dump the septic tank right across from us. There isn't even any management on site. There's a reason there are so many sites available. I do not recommend a stay here.
