I spent one night here during heavy rainfall and a major storm. Owner & staff were friendly. Restrooms were immaculately clean and warm. WiFi worked well for email, messaging and general internet activity. This RV resort should be what other RV parks aspire to. Everything was up-do-date with maintenance and cleanliness. Best RV park I’ve stayed in & I plan to return.

Very nice campground. Stayed 6 days . Laundry facilities very clean. Security did rounds at night. Easy to find and easy pull through.

This was our first time staying in Redding. We didn’t have any expectations, we were just staying for a couple of nights on our trip up north. This was our first time staying in Redding. We didn’t have any expectations, we were just staying for a couple of nights on our trip up north. Wow did we underestimate this area and all the activities it has to offer. The site is outstanding. Super clean and well organized. The sites are a decent distance apart so you don’t feel too closed in. The entire site is extremely well maintained and clean. We met Dayna, the owner, and they were very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We appreciated our stay so much we are looking forward to returning in the future.

Our site was spacious and the park was well manicured and clean. There were 2 decent size dog parks plenty of grassy areas and a pool, which I didn’t use but seemed very nice. The bathrooms were clean and the staff were some of the friendliest. They did charge a $4 pet fee.

We stopped here on a trip south from WA. Park is beautiful with nice wide spots. Just off i5, but very quiet. WiFi was even strong enough for us to stream a movie. Highly recommend this place!

Most likely the nicest bathrooms and showers of any place we’ve stayed. 4 different sizes if spaces all the way to class A size spaces. Very nice staff. Loved this campground. Also, 2 dig parks!
