Great location to travel up and down the coast. Clean quiet park with great amenities as others have stated. Only issue is very limited wifi (what’s new) and limited Verizon.
Enjoyed our Labor Day weekend here. Bagels and doughnuts on Sunday morning, live music that night.

Great park with an amazing staff. During the summer they have live music and a food truck on site on Saturday nights. Complimentary bagels and donuts on Sunday mornings. Great indoor spa and the park is immaculate and spotless. Highly recommended.

Everything is incredibly clean and ready to go when you arrive. Beyond that, a few of the sites have ocean views. You're across the street from the ocean if you want to venture down. It seems to attract a regular crowd, which is usually a good sign.

This is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed. Super clean and manicured grounds. Concrete pads, beautiful grounds. Beach access. Super friendly staff. Many sites have a large shrub between them. Didn’t see ANY long term “hoarder” looking sites. Perfect campground. Will certainly be back here.

The sites are level and well situated for easy to get into. The park is well located toward the south end of town. People that stayed there were friendly and eager to gather together up at the fire pits. The spa is great and relaxing. We will be back for sure.
Starlink was blazing fast here. Verizon worked well as well.

We had a back in site, which the staff are there to help. They made sure all was good. It was shady, level and we had ample room, however we spent little time there as we liked the communal firepit that overlooked the ocean. We made new friends and happened to be there on a Saturday night with food and live music, so fun! We did a day trip to Depoe Bay and explored the area. Nancy and Rhonda were great front desk hosts and it was nice to visit with them at the firepit.

In our 6+ years of traveling throughout the West, this place is one of the top 3 commercial RV parks we've stayed in. It's just outstanding! Impeccably clean and neat, wonderful landscaping, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and large, level, concrete pads, with grass and picnic table. Really could not be better. Advise asking for one of the elevated sites, as they are much quieter than the sites adjacent to busy Highway 101. Also, the trek to the beach is a bear...100 yards uphill next to Highway 101, then under 101 through a tunnel, then up the hill to another 100 yards downhill, again next to 101 to a residential street for another 100 yards, then 75 steps down to the beach. Not for the unfit. The beach is spectacular and a wonderful walk (you can walk south about a mile to MO's on the beach). We'll be back, for sure, but will probably drive to beaches with easier access.
But, for a day or a week in Lincoln City, this is the place to stay! Mike & Judy

We had good cell service (Verizon), 15 minutes from Depoe Bay where we went Whale Watching, and quick walk to the beach from the campground.
Sites were a bit tight, but concrete pads, paved roads, welcoming staff. We would definitely come back!
