Stayed one night on the gravel area. Still it was level. Awesome views. Nice walking path and beach area with access for swimming. Also boat launch.
Shower for a fee.
Dump station was not ideal and no water available. Still great spot for a stay
Need to pay in cash

Friendly staff. Amazing views and a fantastic value. So glad we turned back after missing the turnoff.
Dump station alone was worth the fee.

We chose the dry-camping parking lot over a couple of available RV spaces, just to not be so cramped up. For dry camping, they have 2 options, a paved parking lot next to a boat ramp and shower/toilet, or up on top of the jetty in an unpaved gravel lot with a beautiful view, but exposed to the Columbia Gorge winds that the windsurfers and kite surfers live for. The cost for either area is $10 a night.
We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and of course the office was closed, but there is an honor system with envelopes and a drop box at the front of the office.
There will be lots of hwy noise as you will be right off the interstate, and in addition, there will be many trains going both east and west, blowing whistles. They do have a nice toilet and outdoor showers, but they were closed in early October. There is also trash cans about as well as a RV Dump site.

We stayed at the Arlington RV Park and Marina in Arlington, Oregon in September 2021. This is a nice, small park that is directly beside the Columbia River on the Gorge. The sites are FHU and are level but a bit tight. We did get our fifth wheel in with careful maneuvering. Be forewarned that it is very windy here on the gorge and we would advise getting your leveling jacks down without using Legos so as to have extra firm footing. Also, be careful not to leave your awnings out unattended. They also have boondocking on the upper part of the lot directly on the river. It was much too windy and cool here for my liking so we stayed in the lower FHU sites. Very beautiful area here to walk and enjoy the river and city park. We would definitely stay here again. The RV spaces are very tightly spaced together and the location has distant highway noise. The real bargain, tho, is the dry camp. The large, flat gravel area has picnic tables, plenty of room to spread out, and huge views right ON the Colombia! Two flat, grassy tent pads are on either side of a tiny beach. Both self-contained rigs and renters can use the area.

Nice park on the Columbia River. There is a nice dry camp area that's flat and good gravel. Boat launch is available. Small Mouth Bass fishing is excellent as is other fishing in season. Currently, salmon fishing is slow and sturgeon is catch and release only. But those things change based on conditions. $30 for full hook-ups seem a bit high to me but I guess that is a sign of the times. 13 miles east of here is Three Mile Canyon which is a Corps of Engineers dry camp area which is free. We like to go there for fishing a couple of times each year. They have a boat ramp and rest rooms but no garbage disposal or other amenities. Here at the Port of Arlington the noise from the freeway and the trains is never ending but not terrible.

Great people, neat little town, super location right on the river. I had the huge dry camping area all to myself while the sites with amenities are way to cramped for me. Thrifty Mart for groceries, Pheasant Diner for great biscuits and gravy, an Ace Hardware store and a Circle K all within 1/2 mile. Definitely stay here again.

This is a great little park, and we're super glad we stayed here. Arlington is a cute town with several restaurants (we tried all of them, and liked each) and a small grocery store (otherwise, it's 20 minutes to the closest larger town, so do all your shopping and laundry before you arrive). The marina and island are great to walk around on, and right over the train tracks is a nice city park with a basketball court, green space, and a beach. Tons of wind surfers like to catch waves when the conditions are right, and you can watch them from the island.
There's a boondocking area that experiences a LOT of wind for $9/night, or a full hookup area for more (we got a weekly discounted rate). There's tons to like about this place, and it has lots of charm.
That being said, I don't want to downplay the train. It comes through every few hours and blows its horn every time (even in the middle of the night). The train is RIGHT by the RV park, so there's no avoiding the sound. It woke us up at night every single evening, and we even sleep with a loud fan.
The sites have walls and trees between them, although there's not much space. We watched a trailer scrape their side pretty badly trying to get in, so if you have difficulty maneuvering or a super-large rig, this might not be the best spot for you.

Great price for full hookup and free wifi. Clean and well lit. Sits right on the water and right of I84. Only downfall is the train right next to the campground but it wasn't enough to wake us up at night.

The 'grassy tent pads' that were reported are actually used by wind surfers who set-up and break-down their rigs using these pads instead of the rip-rap rock jetty. I wouldn't put a tent up on one.
