Overall Rating
Park is very well organized with lots of amenities. Everything was clean, but a long walk as the park is quite large. Ladies in the office are great. Only reason we would not stay again is because the sites are so close together. They have great and affordable premium sites, but they are booked up a year or more in advance. Packed in tighter than bark on a tree!!
Cable was a bit of a hassle, but worked great as did everything else at the site. We paid for a month, but only stayed 17 days. It was cheaper for a whole month than their weekly rate. We did have lots of loud music next to us playing at night until 10 PM.

Overall Rating
Grass and gravel sites. Sloped up toward the canal. Nice pool and hot tub. Very friendly staff.
Port Isabel had restaurants within walking distance. Quick drive to South Padre Island, where you can get to the beaches.
