Is it the same permit that you purchase from Texas parks and wildlife like you would use for the wildlife management area like elephant mountain in big bend?

No. It is a specific pass you purchase from just about any local store.

It is a different permit. Go to either of the Stripes gas stations in Port A and they’ll sell the annual window sticker for $12.
