Popotla Mobile Home & RV Park

This place is so clean and nice. Staff speaks English and of course Spanish and are very friendly and efficient. Grounds are well kept.. garbage cans are very accessible, bathrooms are very clean with hot water too. We really love this place and will be back.

We love Popotla & it’s close vicinity to San Diego. We were hesitant of this place only because we didn’t see any other reviews, but it was totally awesome! Close to the main town.

As we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff & security. The cool thing about this community is it is gated, so you can explore away from your RV with that extra piece of mind that you’re stuff is going to be okay.
The spots are spacious and overlook a killer view of the ocean. We enjoyed Sunset Club gatherings with the other residents & $1 tacos in the restaurant. They have beach access that is private for residents. If you’re going for a sunset beach walk, get into the gates before 700pm or you could also be going for a mile and a half walk in the dark back to the main.

As for the bathrooms and showers, they’re clean & well maintained. The water pressure is similar to a fire hydrant spraying at your face, but warm. Be naked before hopping into the shower otherwise your towel / clothes are going to be soaked.
