This is an old school trailer park with old RVs and old trailers from the 1950's and maybe 60's. There are many of these trailer courts in this area of Lakeside-Pinetop. They are NOT resorts. This is an old school trailer park with old RVs and old trailers from the 1950's and maybe 60's.
There are many of these trailer courts in this area of Lakeside-Pinetop. They are NOT resorts. Repeat, they are not resorts.
We stayed here as we were dead tired. It came up on our Google search...The staff ( especially Steve ) were beyond kind, caring, and friendly. We were assigned to stay in a spot that was literally in his backyard. I will say the individual shower houses were newer and nice.

Overall Rating
The park is clean with good bathhouse. In the pines. Though near a street it was very quite at night. Close to stores and restaurants. Nestled in the tall pines. Excellent wifi.

Overall Rating
Space 22 is sandwiched between tall pone trees and a 5th wheel trailer. 40 feet to the sewer. Not level. Traffic noise. The neighbors and staff were very helpful helping to back in and leveling. Not much to do in the area. Small nearby lake full of algae.
