What a great facility in Poncha Springs! Two dump stations ($10) , overnight parking and free water.
Clean, plenty of room to maneuver and great views while you are taking care of business.
Great stop to clear the rig while traveling Colorado.

Came back thru to use the dump station. I didn't confirm the $10 price as I was in a hurry and just plugged in my credit card to unlock the dump hole cover. Site is very clean and there is a non-potable water hook up for rinsing etc. There are 2 dump holes at the same site-apparently one of them is relatively new. We got there about 10:30 with nobody there. By the time we left there were a couple rvs in each line waiting.
Visitor Center is on the right hand side right before the first redlight entering town on Highway 285.

Very clean well maintained. The entrance looks low but it dips down and we had enough clearance for our 13'6" MH to make it just fine. Dump is $10, potable water (on building) is free. Pay by cc and dump cap unlocks. 2 lanes so quick in/out when busy and equipment in great condition (use own hose for flush).
Also restrooms on site in front of visitors center building and RV parking for a quick break or an overnight.

The dump station is $10 to use, I’m not sure why so many reviews say free… potable water is free, but not the dump. Otherwise it was nice and easy access.

No longer free to dump here. Nice visitor’s center, but we’re going to continue to a free dump station.
