Overall Rating
Wonderful little campsite with water and electric, dump station on the way out. Family friendly, safe and clean, beach area at lake to swim ($1/day) nice fishing and canoeing or kayaking lake. Also has nice trails one that accommodates bicycles and is linked to nearby small town! There is a shower house up by the beach swimming area, not the newest but serves it’s purpose. Great place to camp just for a night or for an extended time.
There are first come sites available. However, if you do want to reserve a site you have to call the park ranger to do so. Sometimes you have to leave a message and wait for a call back, so hopefully they go to online reservations someday!
