Pole Bridge Campground

Don't come here if you're expecting an actual campground with water and toilets and well-defined campsites. The campground was abandoned long ago and this area is now just a large boondocking site. There are still a few tables (mostly rotten) and fire rings available. Most of the sites are now just a dirt parking area with rock fire rings. NO toilets. NO water. NO garbage. The forest service does still check in on the area once in a while to make sure everyone is obeying the bear country camping rules and any fire restrictions that may be in effect. There are a lot of ATV trails in the area and that is the main draw to this camp. Expect a lot of traffic, dust, and noise during the day. Most of the established sites are in the open and can fit multiple rigs if you happen to be in a group.
I've camped here on a few occasions as a midway point to Grand Teton and it will do in a pinch - especially in the fall after Labor Day when all of the FS camps are already closed.
No cell service in camp but there I've got a strong enough signal to make a call just a few miles down the road in either direction.
