The road has been slowly maintained, looks like more spots are being added for camping/fishing. Sadly I saw two tires and poopy toilet paper in the gravel. The road has been slowly maintained, looks like more spots are being added for camping/fishing.
Sadly I saw two tires and poopy toilet paper in the gravel.
Has tons of room for a larger RV with a relatively flat ground.
The fire area here was in the middle of the drive path and had metal pieces in it.
With the expansion I had a semi truck driving pass all day looking at the camp.
Still a great spot.

Arrived around 3:30 pm and this spot was open. It was level and spacious. Could’ve parked one of those 5th wheel monstrosities in there! Had 2 bars of AT&T and it was fast enough to stream Netflix on 480p. No other visitors through the night and the stars were clearly visible. It was a gorgeous, dark night. No other visitors through the night and the stars were clearly visible. It was a gorgeous, dark night.
There was a faint sound of highway noise but it wasn’t a big deal.

Wildlife refuge park just off Rt.7 west of Clinton north side. Quite site next to fishing lake in the woods, southern exposure.
