Just outside town (Quartzsite) east on Hwy 95 a mile or so is a free transfer station, you can drop off trash, no charge 👍

Pack it in...Pack it out. We emptied trash when we gassed up the vehicle. As others have stated, there is a transfer station nearby but we did not use it.

In your truck and than out of the area. No trash cans in area.

There's a transfer station on the main road heading into town from Plomosa Road. It's on the right (heading south) just past the Hi Jolly camping area. No charge for household waste. It's only open certain days and hours, so check the La Paz County web site, or look on the sign board as you drive past it.

There is a free dump station 1 mile 1/2 down the road to town. Very easy and practical.
