Plattsburgh RV Park

Well located close to Plattsburgh downtown and to the lake bike path .
The bathroom and laundry are extra clean and the campground is very quiet.
The office was closed but check-in was done online and our site listed on the office door.
At this time of the year, water was shut off but fresh water was available at the dump station.

Nice park. A number of large pull thru 50 amp sites for big rigs. Other 50 and 30 amp back in sites as well. All RV sites are full hook up. Some are more level than others. Road needs work. Friendly staff and seasonal residents. Great pool. The bathrooms near pool very out dated but clean (scheduled for a remodel I believe). Brand new bathrooms/laundry building is fabulous but far from tent camping. Playground, Putt putt. Golf carts allowed. We paid seasonal rate due to staying 3 months for the past 2 years to be near family. They also have cabins. Camping atmosphere but almost in town. Very close to boat launch on Lake Champlain and state park and city park with beaches as well as a Dollar General. Easy access from/to 87. Quick trip to museums, shopping downtown or Walmart, Sams Club, Target, Aldi's, Lowes, restaurants, etc. Town has a small RV supply store. Centrally located 1-2 hr drive to Burlington, Lake Placid, The Wild Center, Adirondack Experience Museum, and Montreal in the beautiful Adirondack Mountians. We stayed here in a 41' fifth wheel. Will return.
