We spent several days here due to having warranty work done on our travel trailer in Nappanee. This is the only option in the area. In all the parks and campgrounds we have stayed in this year, and there have been many, this one hit the bottom of our list. Poor layout on the FHU sites. We were on a grassy site and with the rain, we sunk about an inch over the course of a few days. The sites are so close together and not clearly marked and we are sure the site next to us encroached with all of their vehicles. Sites were supposed to have a picnic table and fire ring. Ours did not. With our awning out, we were literally less than 3ft away from the sewer hose of the neighbor next to us so we just kept our awning in and never sat outside. The sites just don’t line up properly. There was dog feces left in our site by the previous campers. The overnight trains can be heard all night long so if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. The water has so much iron in it, that within a few days we had rust stains in our shower and toilet. When we disconnected, our water filter was so orange, we decided to throw it away and our water pressure regular was rusted. We have stayed in some very remote places in the southwest this year and never had this issue. We had a lot of cleanup. The campground is large and seems to have a large permanent community. We didn’t use any of the facilities so can’t really review those but there is a pool and mini golf course and somewhat of a driving range. We did appreciate the gated security access. We felt the price was very high based on the sites and the water.

We camp with a 40’ fifth wheel so we appreciated having big rig friendly sites.
Campground offers fishing, playground, driving range, WIFI is available throughout the park, but not strong enough signal for streaming.
There is a train track nearby, but the noise is not obnoxious. About 1/3 of the sites are dedicated to seasonals, and on holiday weekends they say they book fully.
Lori would stay here again

The daily and weekly guests are on grass sites that get soggy or muddy in the rains, and this place is full of bugs, gnats, and mosquitoes. It's nice they have a store and grill on site. A swimming pool, and a mess hall you can rent for parties. But otherwise, it's an expensive place to stay if you're paying the daily rate, and not very fun for RVing.
