So I found this site on campendium and decided to go check it out. It was a beautiful location. Kinda crazy getting to it, the road is narrow and has some tight turns. Otherwise it was a great scenic drive out of Globe. The bathrooms were clean, and the fire pits were cleaned out and ready to use. I did see some trucks pulling smal... more

Not for the faint of hearted getting up there very narrow forest round with a drop off on the side, very little room for error and I just had a 22 foot van. Very beautiful when you get to the top but make sure you go back down into Globe from the road you came from and not the other way over the south side of the pass in less you have ... more

They were grading the road when I arrived, so it was a bit rough in spots. Better on the way out! It was 5.6 miles of winding dirt road and frequent cutouts to allow others to pass.
