Overall Rating
Got to pinny bridge area, according to Google, and there was a bar across the road a hundred yards or so before what should have been a campground of some sort. However, I just continued down the road for maybe a 1/3 mi (debated just camping for the night in some of the road pull outs) and there was a road coming in that led to the river on the left, maybe a hundred yards away. When I checked it out it was a huge open spot right on the river so I camped there for the night. Actually a very nice spot!
Note that penny bridge was approximately a mile and a half in (east) from highway 66 and so my campsite on the river was approximately 2 mi in from the highway.
