Per the NPS website, yes. Pets are allowed, if leashed, at Pine Springs Campground within Guadalupe Mountains National Park. However, they are prohibited on ALL trails (the Campground Connector and Pinery Trail are the only exceptions).

Just be careful if the wildlife in the area. Bobcats and Mountain Lions.
