We stayed in spot 16. It had a little less shade than the other sites but overall it was still gorgeous. The ponderosa pine and green shrubs everywhere were so beautiful. Camp host was very good. Very clean toilets nearby (probably the cleanest campsite toilet I’ve ever used). I highly recommend this site. Great location, good access, very clean, and overall really great.

The lake is small but nice, the hosts are very helpful, and the weather was gorgeous. The water wasn't on yet due to issues with the forrest service needing two water tests and not one but that wasn't an issue.
We used this as our jumping off point for Bryce and it worked great. It's about a half hour out of town. There is a Sinclair gas station with a $10 dump station in town. They also filled our propane tanks when we ran out. Plenty of RV services in Bryce.
My LTE router managed to pull in decent T-Mobile service with our directional antenna. I was seeing 10-20 down and 5-10 up with a mid 60s ping. It was enough for a Facetime call in the woods. Verizon on my phone was non existent.

We stayed on the road to pine lake in a primitive site with a fire ring. It was very secluded but windy and dusty. The campground is closed for construction.
Lots of ATV traffic
No cell service without WeBoost

Spacious campsites. Kids loved walking and playing in the stream running through the campground. We had lots of fun swimming in the lake.

We stayed in the meadow past the campground and it was great. Free camping! When you get to the campground entrance, turn left and veer to the right at the fork. You will cross a shallow creek. We made it easily with our 32' Fleetwood Bounder plus 2 other RVs. There was plenty of room for all of us. Fire pits at both places. The lake was very close and fishing was great (stocked)! We caught rainbow, tiger and brown trout. You can go on the lake with a canoe, kayak or small watercraft or just fish off the shore. Many trails to use your bike or ATV. Great cell service (AT&T). It's higher elevation so it was much cooler (even in June!) so bring warm clothing just in case.
The campground is a good base for exploring the area. Bryce Canyon is a few minutes away, many hiking trails. Ruby's Inn is also close. There is a grocery store to get supplies, gas station and RV dump. We went to Ebeneezer's Barn and Grill to see a country western band, The Bryce Canyon Wranglers, they were fantastic. Overall, a great stay and we will be coming back.

Water is still off (May 21). 1X Verizon only.. at best. Gravel road in for 7 miles not too bad. Many dispersed sites along last mile before campground though some are blocked off. Road is visible from many campsites, but little traffic otherwise Super quiet. The lake is very close but not visible from camp. Was told thete is good fishing there
