13 sites with vault toilet and trash cans. No water. No cell service. Clean, quiet, only one other camper in mid-April.

What a great, peaceful, area! Gorgeous trees, clean & sanitized vault toilets with lots of tp, lots of trees, and so quiet you could hear a leaf fall! I camped at the end of the area at the circle drive. Only one there and one of two camping in the whole area.
No AT&T service but 3 bars down the hill about a mile near entrance road.
You get 5 local tv channels with a decent antenna too!

Overall Rating
This is a very nice NFS campground. Pretty basic, no water and poor if any cell service. The sites are large and many have lots of space between. There is a great hiking trail right at the campground. Easy access.
