We originally planned to stay here one night but once I saw how nice it was and how close it was to the attractions I wanted to see we reserved two more nights. The reservation was easy through Campendium (Campspot). The site was not level at all and we could only get close to level. The level part of the site would have put us downhill to the sewer. Beyond that, it is a nice site. The area is heavily wooded. 30 amp power, water and sewer were included. They also provide a cable box so there are hundreds of channels. Not all came in well but enough that it was the best cable I have ever had at a campsite. They have a pool and some dated equipment for kids. AT&T had 4 bars LTE. The camp WiFi is just ok but better than most campgrounds (even though we were far from the store). The camp is close (within 90 minutes) of the White Mountain Cog Railway, Conway Scenic Railroad, Polar Caves (almost next door), Flume Gorge, the Basin, the Old Man Historic Site and the Kancamagus Scenic Byway (see their website for more).

Nicely shaded campground, very clean and quiet. Owners were helpful when needed. We would absolutely stay here again. We had the only site in the campground that was outside the Wifi service, but they helped us hook up with a booster. But the site was so nice we didn't want to relocate and enjoyed a week mostly off the grid.

This is a great campground with extremely helpful and friendly staff. Though we were only here for a stopover it was clear that there is a community within this campground. However, if being in the middle of it all is not your thing the property is large enough that you can get a site, as we did, which makes you feel like you are the only one there.
We had no cell service at our site but there was wifi–though at our site it was spotty. Wifi or cell service is not a factor for us though so I would not consider this a bad thing. They do have an option to upgrade the wifi if you just have to stream something.

Stayed mid-June 2020. It has mostly seasonal sites and only a few families were there. There were 3 other non-seasonals there besides us, thus, it was very quiet and private.
