It just wasn’t great. I don’t recommend. I had read the other reviews and thought people were being grumpy. I don’t usually dislike places with seasonal campers and am only mildly annoyed by golf cart cruising and this place was just kind of all around bad.

Stayed here 3 nights for $20 per night as part of our Thousand Trails membership. Full hookups (50amp, water, sewer). Water pressure was great the first night at 52psi. Water pressure was great the first night at 52psi. But by the last night it had dropped to 30psi and nothing changed with our water regulator. The only thing that changed is that the campground filled up for the 4th of July weekend.
Speaking of crowds, this was the loudest campground we've stayed at in the past year of full-time traveling. It was a holiday so we knew it would be busy and loud, but karaoke on a loud speaker until 2am?? The roads were packed with golf carts making it difficult to get in and out of the campsite. Some golf cart drivers and passengers were drinking alcohol, one lady was even drinking out of a sand bucket.
The campground is enormous, most of it annual/permanent residents. Roads are paved, sites are level and easy to get in/out. Cell service was excellent (AT&T and Verizon).
sowickesited would stay here again

If you like LOTS OF KIDS GONE WILD and seasonal camping where everyone knows everyone, then this is the place for you. SO MANY PEOPLE and it was so loud and so congested with bikes and golf carts and wondering kids. I'm sure the amenities they offer make it appealing to families, but if you are looking for a peaceful place to rest and "RV" with out "living" I suggest to stay clear.
The dump station was not easily accessible for rigs - thank god we brought our honey bucket. It was down several small curvy roads and we would have had to take several more to get out of there, because there was no backing up if we had our rig.
The laundry room was incredibly filthy! Years of dirt and grime never washed from the floors, machines, walls, etc. The machines were way over priced, but worked well. The seasonal campers bring in their laundry put it in a machine and then forget it about for hours, leaving the machines tied up.
There is a stocked store on site, but it's quite expensive. The staff were all friendly. They also had a car vacuum area, next to the laundry facility, for a price.
We stayed with friends, in the city of Raymond, who work for law enforcement. They told us that they CONSTANTLY arrest criminals in this park!
DO NOT RECOMMEND!
