Pigeon Forge RV Resort

Pool is very nice and you are close to pigeon forge. The sites are incredibly tight and difficult to maneuver. The helpers that come are truly more of a hinderance than helpful, they park their golf carts right in the way and stand in the way as you are backing. Sites are very un level and are covered in ants so be aware of that. Staff was friendly but absolutely no help and not very attentive.

After reading the good reviews we chose to come here-which was a mistake. Our campsite smelled like sewage and they didn’t bother to mow. We arrived late because the gps does not take you there and they don’t bother to tell you that when you make reservations. It smelled like sewage. The office was closed by the time we set up and I’m not sure what you can do about the smell. We left as I wasn’t about to spend my vacation smelling my neighbors poop. I called and left a message that we left because it smelled like poop. They didn’t even bother to return our call- they already had our money for 5 nights so didn’t care. When we finally got a hold of them they were extremely rude. We told them we were going to leave a review and they didn’t care- just said remember they could comment back. ?? Not sure exactly what that means as we are just stating the facts. Customer service here is the worse I’ve ever experienced in all my time camping. We were not there 1 hour and they kept the money for all 5 nights. Don’t sign the contract- once you do they can treat you however they want and you may literally be stuck in a spot that stinks
