We stayed in mid-May. Friendly staff. Full time single wides around the perimeter, RVs in the middle. Not trashy like some full time places. Right behind a gas station, but we never felt uncomfortable with the traffic. And it was rather quiet at night. Close to the museum and Walmart as well as many other businesses if you need to restock or make repairs. We had wonderful meals at Trailhead Bar-Pizza and Michael’s Tacos. On-site laundry was convenient but took more than one dryer session for each load. Our dog had a good time watching the rabbits that seem to inhabit the campground.

It is easy to find, the owners were very welcoming, and the sites were clearly marked.
There are full hookups at an affordable price!
The laundry area was nice and clean along with the showers!
It is conveniently located close to downtown and right on the way to Yellowstone!
We would definitely stay again!!

This campground was perfect for a two night stay in Cody WY. It is on the west edge of town and is a quick drive to Cody and the museums.
There are full time residents living here Their area is mainly on the outside row of the campground. We had good interactions with them, friendly folks. The showers and restrooms were clean.
If visiting in the early fall, ask Andy about the best place to see wildlife. During our visit we were sent 40 miles out South Fork Rd to see elk. The drive was well worth the time, so many elk! We also saw pronghorn as well as a black bear sow and cub.
We would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Lots of locals here but very quiet park with the exceptional dog barking.
Never tried the restroom so can’t speak to that.
There is an Exxon station in front with gas or diesel. Campground said it sold propane but we didn’t need any.
Easy in & out.

We needed a place to get set up for a long stint of upcoming dry camping, and this park in Cody fit the bill. The owner/employee was a bit curt when asked about the Good Sam discount (said the $33 was with the discount and we were welcome to try to find a better deal. Well, all righty then.) Access to our site in the back was a little confusing, but once settled, everything worked decently. There was no OATV to speak of (mountains), park WiFi was okay. We did not use the laundry or restroom facilities. Park sits in the heart of Cody with excellent access by foot or car to all the amenities and attractions. The city walking trails are pretty and well-maintained.

This park has everything but the propane (that’s available at tractor supply on the way here). It’s clean and well-maintained, the Wi-Fi is pretty good and it’s very well located. We had a bit of trouble with our breakers tripping (the power posts do not have breakers) and the sites were very close together, but it is very convenient and perfect for our purposes.

Not fancy, but certainly adequate. Close to town. Quiet campground with full hook ups and not to close together. The perimeter has long term campers and mobile homes. The biggest downside was no tv coverage.

It ain't much to look at, but it's close to downtown Cody, the Buffalo Bill Museum, Old Trail Town and the nightly rodeo. It's also walking distance to Historic Cassie's bar and restaurant venue. The campground hides behind the Exxon station. It's laid out in a sort of circle with permanent trailers around the outer perimeter and the transient campers in the center. Our site was a very large pull-through, gravel and pretty level. There was some road noise from Sheridan Ave, but it died down as the evening wore on. Its a good place to spend a week seeing what Cody has to offer. It's a bit far from Yellowstone but the drive out there is spectacular. I had trouble getting good download speeds on my ATT hotspot, but a Mimo antenna pointed west did the trick, though not speedy. The laundry was clean and only one machine was out of order. Didn't use the bathrooms so no comment there. Check-in was quick and friendly, but they only take checks. No credit cards.
