We stayed here three days while exploring the surrounding area. It’s close to Bangor and Ellsworth/ Bar Harbor. The lake is good for swimming and fishing. Good stop over on the way to Canada.

Good place to stop at the end of a day drive. Easy access off highway. Mostly seasonal people on a nice lake. Washer and dryer rates were very reasonable. Showers were clean. People were very friendly. Water and electric with a dump area. Sites are dirt driveways. No cell phone coverage for at&t or straight talk.
Mac would stay here again

Lake water was eerily warm and there were canoes and kayaks out. Not sure about rentals. Lots of folks were walking across the street to a golf course and I overheard some others say they'd been climbing nearby.
Free wifi but minimal other connectivity. A little bit of truck noise at night but not too bad for us.
Adventures of Dave and Ann would stay here again
