The turnoff is directly on the highway, but there was a cone on this one while I was here, which helped. The high speed limit never ended up being a problem for me, and there are passing lanes. Once on the gravel road, it's pretty easy. A couple spots you should go slow on with many vehicles, but I saw many vehicles going farther back ... more

Was a great spot - nice to have large, level spots. Verizon was usable but AT&T was nonexistent, even with a WeBoost.

The string of BLM areas along HWY 62 west of Parker, AZ are all basically the same. Good roads, hard camping surfaces. Had high winds on a few of the days, but dust was not a problem. Good hikes all around from road. Many flat spaces for privacy or groups traveling together. Easy access to Parker, AZ for supplies.
