I arrived on a Saturday so the office is closed but the security staff escorts you to your site. The site is wide enough to have your RV, vehicle and a patio slab side-by-side. I am here because it is close to Peoria Ballpark. During Spring training it is costing me $83/night. The facilities are well cared for. Lots of activities including pools, spas, various activity rooms to support the activities. What I really appreciate is they allow you to wash your RV at your site! 4-bar AT&T 5G.

Seems to me to be on the pricier side as including tax was about $83 per night. Would probably be better for a longer term stay but would need to plan further ahead than i did.

Everyone of the staff we had contact with was really friendly, glad to see us, and helpful. All of the residents were friendly. Nice wide spots, very clean.

Nice place, friendly people. It's seen better days but is not bad. Sadly, our bicycle was stolen from the LOCKED rack on the back of our motorhome the very first night. Two different security guards then told us that "they jump over the back wall and steal stuff". Wish they would have told us when they put us against the back wall.

We stayed here for a week using Passport America, normally the cost this season was $50. The nightly fee with PA was closer to $33 after taxes and resort fees. The office and security staff are very nice. It’s an older park mostly filled with park models, which is actually owned by Thousand Trails/Encore. We are not members.
We have two sets of relatives who are snowbirds who live in Park Models. They love it here! We were able to lawn bowl and attend their weekly classes that they are members of. They have a lot to offer to the snowbirds who live here during the season (woodshop, sewing room, jewelry making, stain glass and more). The residents were all very friendly, they loved to say as a greeting, “Just another day in Paradise!”. There are a lot of amenities: pickle ball and tennis courts, shuffle board, pool and darts, fitness room, pool, hot tub, BBQ areas, outdoor TV’s, covered and uncovered seating, library, card rooms, seasonal restaurant, mail room. Lots of reasonably priced golfing near by and all kinds of shopping.
The park has two living/camping areas, an area for pets and an area free from pets. Our site happened to be in between two park models. A security person escorts you to your site and supervises your parking, which makes sense. The sites are relatively level with a cement pad and FHU. They do not allow truck campers or tenting. It’s very quiet here, although many snowbirds had left during our stay.

Big, warm swimming pool, many amenities like shuffleboard and pickleball, a small restaurant, art rooms, entertainment and social gatherings, and much more. Clean, well managed. Happy staff and people both in RVs and park models. It's close to Peoria Sports Complex for Spring Training. Expensive but I feel we get value. Planning for three-month stay in 2019.
