The $53 rate includes 10% discount. This is the first time in 10 months of full time RV'ing spanning multiple sites in 8 states that I needed blocks to get level. Really no reason for it. On the positive side, there are trees that provide shade, and the business area of Page is just over the hill with restaurants, Safeway, etc. Also had strong Verizon signal and was able to stream Prime Video.

We stayed here two nights during Covid 19 in a water and electric site. There were only a couple of other campers in those sites. We would stay again- the staff were friendly and helpful. The WiFi was hit and miss, but Verizon had good coverage. We got an AARP discount, which was 10%

We got full hook up since it was their last spot other than the remaining 3 dry camp spots. We had already been dry camping at the Grand Canyon for 3 nights and decided I wanted some consistent electricity and water for a couple days.
This place seems to turn a lot of business. I heard the guy at the counter at noon start turning people away, as I was signing up for the last spot, and was referring them to the Walmart parking lot 😂. So show up early if your a fly by night type like us.
Other than that. Seems well kept, but seems to be very busy.

We checked in, they said there was WiFi. Clearly no WiFi; hard to plan a trip like that. The gal at the desk knew it. Lots of sneezing, coughing, no mouth covering. Disgusting
If you are sick and you work w people, stay home.
They get 2 stars because we had AC ; the hot tub was broken down. Never again!

The campground was convenient to various slot canyons, Horseshoe Bend, the Dam and Waheep Marina. The campground is ok; gravel sites. Only a few hold big rigs. Decent exercise room. Cell and WiFi ok. Good cable.

You can chose if you want full huck or only water and electricity. The place ist clean, the stuff is nice and you are quiet near to the antelope canyon and horseshoe bend.
The street is a bit noisy.

We chose this campground because of its proximity to Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon. We are normally state or national park campers (we have a van not RV) so our three star review is based on our preferences. If you are used to an RV Park, this may be better suited for you.
Pros:
Friendly staff and check-in was smooth
Generous sized spaces with picnic table (although it was raining and we didn’t use it)
Clean bathrooms and showers with hot water
Dishwashing sink with hot water
Fitness room
10% discount for AARP and others
Proximity to Lake Powell, Horseshoe Bend and Antelope Canyon
Cons:
Very close to road - lots of noise
No privacy
Overall, it worked for a one night stay for us but we decided to move on closer to our next destination.

We parked in our narrow site, and realized it had a serious slope. We were able to level the rig, but some were not so lucky. The park has a lot of perms, some in pretty poor repair. For the most part it was clean, but we did pick up some trash while walking our dogs. The saving grace for us was the easy access to the Page Rim Trail, a 10 mile loop around town, and the open desert. Both were utilized extensively for walking our dogs. The nightly rate is very expensive for what you get. There is a small sign (one of many) on the office window informing you that you can't dump black tanks in full service sites, you must go to the dump station?? I don't want to know where they are dumping that water...

A blah campground with few trees. Office people not very helpful. Water connection leaked bad so I fixed it myself. Stayed there to see the slot canyons not far away. No shuttles to take you and no Uber that I saw.
WiFi was pretty much worthless and unusable. Had to use 4G the whole time.

We do not tow and chose Lake Powell Campground because we could easily get Uber or a taxi to places we wanted to visit. With its indoor swimming pool and hot tub, we can see why this campground is popular. There seem to be just as many young tent campers as there are RVers. The campground is clean and people are friendly, however, if the following reasons are important to you, here are some negatives we found that will not bring us back again:
1) The campground has wifi, but it is not secure and probably everyone in Page is on the site making their wifi is useless. We could not get onto any site even with my Macbook Pro.
2) If you do not get a site with satellite hookup as we did we could only pull in six channels with our antenna, even though they list many more.
3) We travel with our two dogs and Lake Powell Campground is truly a desert RV park. This morning i finally found a patch of grass for our little one who has trouble taking care of business on gravel.
