Overall Rating
Needs lots of TLC. Didn’t use facilities.
Pool looked dirty. No chairs. (maybe not open)
Tent sites atrocious.
Dusty gravel roads.
Hook ups are adequate. Water/electric could be updated.
Nightly sites in center of park. Perimeter sites are for permanents only, which was full.
Quiet at night.
Wifi sketchy.
5.5 miles to town of Ephrata.

Right on the main highway, with easy access. Pull thru spots but close together. A little run down but overall ok for a few nights stay.

WORST SERVICE EVER AND WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A HOTEL, MOTEL OR RESORT! Made reservation over phone with manager for a month stay with could not be done online. Gave a $450 deposit over the phone over two months in advance. Dates were wrong, he changed the cancelation policy and the amount per night was different than we discussed over the phone. He yelled at me over the phone that it was the price and it didn’t matter what else was agreed. Fine, I still wanted to stay there. (We had stayed there three years prior) But then we never got a revised invoice with correct dates. Sent over 20 EMAILS and 15 VOICE MESSAGES with NO CALL BACK!!! Only when I emailed that I needed to cancel because I could show up with nothing in writing that he responded. With an email that only had two sentences: that my dates were all available except one Friday night. NO actual dates listed OR that it was a reservation for a cabin OR what he was going to charge me per night. WORST NIGHTMARE EVER. Went through my credit card company for a refund. He was not going to refund me at all and it was over a month out. Totally rude and I have no idea what happened to the place I wanted to go back to. STAY AWAY.

Overall Rating
Very friendly and helpful staff. Place had pull through sites that could accommodate our 41 foot fifth wheel. Free WiFi and cable tv. Laundry, gym and pool. Would definitely come back.

Overall Rating
Good sites with trees for shade and pull through for big rigs. Staff was very friendly and helpful they have a pool, laundry, gym and Horshoe pits. Would definitely stay here again. Free WiFi and cable tv. Propane tanks at each site too.
